Yes, just use sync. See How do I set up Sync on my computer?

I guess I spoke too soon.

I can not use the Sync function because I do not have a smart phone to scan the bar code. I am trying to transfer all of my Fire Fox account info (book marks, settings, ETC) to a new laptop.

So questions remains how can I this transfer to my new laptop?
