I'm running High Sierra on my MAC version 10.13.6 and certain websites won't load. Some will go to the site but then never finish loading. Some will find it in a google search and when I click on it, it does nothing , no wheel nothing. I tried doing a return of a dress and the return link I was emailed wouldn't work. I signed in to Safari and no problem, all the sites that won't load on Firefox load on Safari. I tried clearing the cache and cookies, checked for malware, and updated Firefox. I have tried everything from all the help pages I can find with no luck still.

Hi

Do you have an example or two of pages that will not open? This will help us to look into this for you.

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
