Just cancel my trial period now because I do not have the correct Word version for the course training.

Please respond that you have cancelled my trial period because I cannot sign up for the course.

We have nothing to do with Microsoft.

Der Fred:

I was just informing you why I cancelled the trial period. The Word version your trial instructor used in her instructions did not match the one I had. Your instructor used a specific microsoft version of microsoft. If she is part of your company then you do have something to do with it because her version prevented me from signing up for your training. Surely, you can understand my point.

All the best,

Randall Curtis

Microsoft Word is a word processing software developed by Microsoft and not by the company Mozilla.

Mozilla has no involvements with any trial versions of any Microsoft products including Microsoft Word.

As you can see no mention of Mozilla at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Word

This community support forum only supports https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions

You need to contact Microsoft as mentioned.
