I am using Thunderbird 91.3.0 under Windows 11 with a verizon.net email address. Followed the AOL instructions to improve security by removing my old account and reinstalling it. When I did so. the contents of my Tbird Inbox (which had NOT been backed up) disappeared. Any way to recover the messages that were in the Inbox?

PROBLEM SOLVED! I went into my Tbird profile and copied the Inbox and Inbox, msf files from the old pop.verizon directory to the new pop.verizon-1 directory, and the Inbox contents were restiored. Phew!
