I keep getting a "No internet connection" when trying to open, send, delete of move an email while at the same time I will have several Tabs open and using my WiFi connection with no problem. If I try to reload Yahoo or open it with a new Tab it will just sit there with the little gray ball in the Tab going back and forth for a long time. When that happens I have to go over to Edge to open Yahoo and read my mail. It's really irritating and I would appreciate some help. Thanks, jbhawks@yahoo.com

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
