Hi,

My Mozilla Email program just installed an update.

I can no longer view attachments on incoming emails. the email shows the body, but no link or icon or file names of the attachments are showing.

After messing around with various menu options, I was able to view the attachments only when I opened up the email in a brand new window...then I can see the attachment, but This is not preferred. as I dont want to waste time and effort, if i can simply view the attachments directly in the original list of emails on the email dashboard or whatever.  :)

Thanks

Do you see the same problem if you start Thunderbird in Safe mode?

  • Menu app icon > Help > Troubleshooting Mode
  • click on 'Restart'

Please confirm which version you are currently using - is it 91.6.1 ?
