Mouse is initially ignored in the view window
TB v96.6.1 opensuse (linux) tumbleweed
After selecting a message and it displays in the view window, I often need to scroll, using the scroll wheel, the content to view more of the message. Scrolling never happens initially; I must click or wiggle the mouse before scroll events are acknowledged.
Is there a fix for this?

Hello there Jimmoe. We have read your message. We try to help you.
A old mouse or a brand new one?
Oké that sounds odd.
Is this problem with your mouse that is wired or works on infrared a long term problem
or did it appear suddenly by using it?
Drivers for the mouse are available from the company it’s made.
Usb-a mouse?
Or a thunderbolt mouse.
What is the mouse his factory name can I ask that? Can you check if you’re OS is infected?

The mouse is fairly new, about a year old. It is a Logitech m525. The issue is unique to Thunderbird, and to TB's message pane; with no other program or app do I experience this peculiarity.

The OS i use is linux. There are no drivers for the mouse at Logitech.
Once again: The issue is unique to TB. Only TB. And only in the message view pane. The mouse wheel works as expected everywhere else, in all other apps.
день сумо, this is obviously a Linux user (OpenSuse) and not a Windows user as was mention in the first post. Your link only has drivers for Windows and one for Chrome OS.
