I've been using Thunderbird on one laptop, and I bought a 2nd laptop. I installed TB on the 2nd laptop. I use GoodSync to synchronize files between these laptops.

Which folders do I need to sync, and how do I point TB on the 2nd laptop to the files copied onto that laptop, so that I can use TB on either laptop, and have access to the same emails/calendar entries/etc.? Thanks.

Hello

Don't try to do that. Thunderbird is a mail client, not a server. If you want sharing of mail data between computers, use a server. Thunderbird can share data from a server on several computers, using integrated protocols Imap or Caldav or proprietary protocols using (paid) add-ons.
