I'm using a desktop PC running Windows 10. When I installed a newer version of Firefox all of my bookmarks vanished. Can I recover them?

Nicholas, you might be able to restore bookmarks from Firefox's own backups. See the "Restoring from backups" section here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them

If that doesn't help, here's something else to try: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-user-data-missing-after-firefox-update
