I'm doing a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit. I've installed Firefox 3.6.3 and the search box shoes Google as my provider. In my previous Vista (and WIn XP) I had a Google toolbar. When I go to the Google site to download the Google pack (http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_installer.html) it says I do not need the Google toolbar, as I already have Firefox with Google Toolbar. But I don't see the toolbar and it is not in the list of toolbars if I right-click on the toolbar area of FF.

Is the Google toolbar included wiht this build of Firefox? Is it obsolete? ANyone know the exact status of this?

It's best to install the toolbar separately. http://www.google.com/toolbar/ff/
