I lost the Vista effect on my Firefox "top bar"
Okay, by "top bar" I mean the horizontal strip at the top of the browser that contains the FF Logo on the far left, then some text reference as to where you are and then on the extreme right are the minimize symbol (-), the restore up/down symbol and the "x" Close button.
Anyway, the bar is now a solid color and no longer has the Vista transparent effect that all other programs have. What have I done?

Are you using a persona or the Personas Plus extension?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
No, I don't use Persona but I figured it out, at least I think did.
I wasn't using the Vista-Aero theme at the time. I didn't turn it off though - maybe if it was Updated FF shut it off until I restarted FF?
So. I selected it and restarted. Now the bar has the Vista transparent effect again! BUT.... the theme still has the "Restart to use" button is still there.
here's a quicker look:
nevermind, sorry
