Is this possible? Bought tickets online, Tab was left opened. Firefox(3.6.13) crashes & reloads all the tabs. Next thing you know, I get an another email saying I purchased extra set of tickets. Had a huge argument with the Ticket seller because a service charge to undo. Of course, he doesn’t believe, not sure what occurred.

It is possible that Firefox has resend a form or cookies to that server after reloading the tabs following the restart after that crash. It is possible that the server has interpret that as a new request. Firefox doesn't store POST data as part of session restore (but may have kept already filled form data), so I'm not sure that this is entirely Firefox fault. The server should have asked for confirmation.

Thanks for the feedback. I really can’t recall another information box/prompt appearing to confirm after the credit card# page. After CC# page, it processes & you get an invoice# screen. Thanks again for the response.
