When I load my homepage I get a message bar stating "Firefox prevented this page from automatically reloading

Above question pretty much states my problem. In far right side of bar is a box stating allow. When I hit that box nothing happens, next to it is an x. When I hit that the bar disappears. When I leave firefox on for any length of time and return it times out and I have to sign back into my homepage
