Is it possible to lower the tab position when FF is maximized?

more options

I like the new UI of FF4 and I love the Win7 feature of dragging windows to the left & right for auto half screen. The only bad thing is that I always have at least 13 different tabs open at all times. This leaves no room in FF when maximized to drag to the sides of the screen. Is there anyway to make the tabs stay exactly how they are not maximized even when the screen is maximized?
