IOBit Security 360 Pro v1.50 has flagged 16 files for cleaning after a Privacy Sweep analysis. However, cleaning apparently does not work since these files continue to appear. My problems began after a recent upgrade to Firefox V4

As it is pointing to files in the cache try clearing the cache - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/How+to+clear+the+cache

Cleared cache before but the files reappear each time Firefox runs. I don't think this is a Firefox issue but a IObit security software problem in not recognizing these files as legitimate.
