After upgrading Firefox to ver 4.0, SAP Business Objects doesn't work in Edit Mode. It asks for some plugin, but it did not find any. Previous version of Firefox worked OK.

Your best information about compatibility for a third-party product is to go directly to the source for that product.

indicates on page 8, Supported Browsers, that SAP's last update only supports Firefox versions 3.0 and 3.5. If that is the case SAP never updated for Firefox 3.6 or Firefox 4.0; that is SAP's responsibility. You can also look here:

There is workaround.

   Enter “about:config” in the browser’s address bar. 
   Search for “html5.parser.enable”. 
   Double-click the row to set the value to “false” (row should also go bold to indicate change). 

There is a possibility that it may cause HTML5 compatibility issues down the road but it solved the issue.
