Firefox 4, like previous versions of Firefox, is compatible with Windows 7.

I hear you but the question is why does it say not compatible??? This is not the first time I have had this problem. At one time I could not even get Firefox started.

Do you mean the Firefox program or add-ons (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) for Firefox?

How and where are you checking that compatibility?
