I am missing the key icon of the left side of the location bar. How do I get it back?

I have Firefox 6.0. I installed the google toolbar 7.0. Now it doesn't ask me if I want to remember password and it doesn't remember my usernames. Also the key icon is missing on the left side of the location bar.

You only see that key icon on the location bar if Firefox recognizes that you have entered a password and the website isn't using autocomplete=off to prevent that.
