attempt to download files XXXX.ciw (from WebofScience) gets the error message

Download Error /users/...xxx.ciw could not be opened because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk...

Saving to disk did not provide a file recognizable by EndNote. All of this worked with Safari.
