everytime I open firefox, even in safemode, after a few clicks in crashes. I just updated it and I went through all the online help about crashes. I am on version 14.0 and I am on a macbookpro running Mac OS X 10.7.x

Hey thanks for the response, but i just installed a new firefox over the old one and it worked....i had the beta version and just went back to the old one

Are you able to post another couple of recent Crash IDs please, lets see if any of them give different crash signatures and offer any usefull informtion.

Please try Firefox in a new clean profile, before obtaining any new crash IDs

and check that you have no add-ons or plugins listed in the new profile, other than the default theme

Thanks for posting back. That is one advantage with the Beta channel it gives you a safe and secure down grade method. It may be interesting to see what happens when the Release upgrades to Firefox 14 in a few days time.
