Sorry, Firefox doesn't keep backups of the file that stores cookies, as it does for bookmarks.

You can try to restore a previous copy of the cookies.sqlite file from the Time Machine if you use that feature.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
