Anytime I try to use any menu's in Firefox they flicker in and out. It makes it extremely difficult to select Bookmarks or even Alt Click a link to "Open in New Tab" As I hover over the menu items, they disappear and then come back as I move my mouse away.

I have disabled all of the Add-In's but the problem still exists. The only way it goes away is if I start Firefox in "Safe Mode" with everything disabled then everything works fine.
