I have a word list in Notepad plus I've copied it into C. I would like to be able to open it in it's own tab so I can switch back and forth when needed and not have it disappear behind the open page. It has no webpage any longer. I copied it originally from a web page which is no longer available.

Open a new Tab, then hit the Alt key to reveal the Menu Bar, then use File > Open File - then navigate to where you have that file

Fantastic, thanks, it worked. For a minute I didn't understand the menu open part but I saw that the "file" on the menu was highlighted and then I could go to Open - so thank you very much. I keep learning.
