As I check my Verizon e-mail via the Web, the sign-in procedure presents the gray padlock. However, after the most recent Firefox update, trying to sign into the site results in the following security warning: "Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party." Two response buttons are offered: Continue and Cancel.

I hope my memory isn't flawed, but I don't recall this ever happening before. Is there a bug in the Firefox version I'm using, perhaps?

Yes, I've already restarted Firefox. I even rebooted my system. The issue persists, though.

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Thank you, Cor-el. I searched for a solution before posting my question, but the linked thread you provided did not appear.

Thank you, though, and good day!
