Can you attach a screenshot for comparison and a link in case this page can be visited publicly (no authorization)?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Is there content missing or does it only show differently?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Does that page look the same in Firefox when visited online?

Note that if you save a page locally that not all CSS may work properly and in case JavaScript is used things might get worse.

Looks that there is a problem with the positioning of two containers that Firefox displays as separate blocks and that are on top of each other in IE.
So it is possible that the CSS code isn't compatible with Firefox.

Does IE use some compatibility mode for an older IE version?

You would have to use Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer; Ctrl+Shift+K) and Inspector to check for errors.

Do others that use Firefox have this same problem?

Did this work in previous Firefox versions?

It is possible that the site only supports IE and not Firefox.
