Specifically, which add-ons have you installed?
Firefox (or Tools) > Add-ons - > Extensions

IMO, too many similar extensions, which may not interact well with each other.

Try using Adblock Plus alone, and maybe the complimentary extensions.

Then explain what you want a password extension to do that the default password manager doesn't do.
