We depend on fillable PDF's for our clients which for some reason no longer seem to work on Firefox. They work on Chrome and Explorer though. Why?
We depend on fillable PDF's for our clients. For some reason these PDF's no longer are fillable on Firefox, yet they are fillable on Chrome and Explorer. When do you think a patch will be created/completed to resolve this problem if any? If not we will have to discontinue telling our clients to go through your web browser to fill out the applications as you can understand.

Can you post a link to a PDF?
If you would like to tell a developer about this issue, Mozilla accepts feedback. You can submit feedback https://input.mozilla.org/here.
You can also file an official bug report on Bugzilla.

Any help would be appreciated. Thankls
Sorry for the delay.
The fillable PDF doesn't work on my Firefox either.
The developers may have removed this feature in the newer versions.
I suggest that you file a bug on Bugzilla (link above) and maybe a developer will be able to better explain this issue to you.
You may be able to find an add-on that will increase the PDF functionality.
I'm sorry that I was unable to help you to really solve your issue, but I am not a Mozilla developer and have no information on this issue.
I hope that you will continue to use Mozilla products and that you will be able to find a solution/work-around soon.
Best of luck.
