Installed add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/yandexmetrika/?src=search. It must be seen in the bottom of firefox (special panel). But there's no such panel http://monosnap.com/image/Xupa5dobHNv93nkY2zHSUvXsgX0yDK

Many of us are using

Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis)
Restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).

There is not a specific built in addon bar for Firefox29 any longer.

However addons still have spaces for their icons and most will be adapting to work well with Firefox 29.

Please consider carefully the option to downgrade to Firefox 28. It is not something I would personally recommend because outdated software increases risks to your systems and personal data.

  * See Install an older version of Firefox

Firefox 29 can be made to behave and look much like Firefox 28 see

* How to make the new Firefox look like the old Firefox
* Find and install add-ons to add features to Firefox
*** In particular see the Classic Theme restorer https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/
       That includes an ADDON BAR
