you have to get firefox from other systems ( also mirror sites like <strike>http://filehippo.com</strike> ) and install it in your system . See without using internet you can't able to work with any browser .

No, don't use Filehippo. Ignore Chandan's post please.

Using another computer, download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Then move the file to a USB drive, and then move it over to your computer with no connection. Then Install it.
