More info:

This is happening on my Windows 7 machine. On my Windows XP machine I had already updated Java from a system tray prompt and the green 'up-to-date' button points to the correct link.

So, to recap, wrong link displayed when out-of-date (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/7u65-relnotes-2229169.html)

Correct link displayed when up-to-date (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)

Hi

The same thing has happened again today with Shockwave Flash. I get a red Action Button to update now but the link is going to the release notes page here http://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player/apsb14-18.html instead of the downloads page.
