Is this an issue with drivers/flash/Firefox? I clear the cache regularly and I've cleared cookies, as well as disabling browser add-ons. Clearly not a common problem as I can't find anything on it!

its the flash and your CPU if you have stuff running like game it will come up bad so try this....
