Pop-ups. Also, is the "customise" option broken?
The customise option is leading to a blank page. Also most of the add ons aren't working. Lately firefox can't seem to block the Pop-ups. I tried refreshing, reinstalling. But none of them worked. Please, can anyone help? Thank you.

It wasn't malware. I ran a few scans. Turned out to be a bug. Firefox fixed it in the new version (36.0). Thanks for the help, guys :)

Try a new Profile and see how that works.

And if that solves those problems, see this. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recovering-important-data-from-an-old-profile
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
