I have 2 directories Local Folders & my email address. How can I combine them?

Incoming mail goes to to the mailboxes listed under my email address. Local folders also has mailboxes listed. I would like to move all the mailboxes from my Local Folders to my email address tree, without losing any mail. How is this accomplished ? Thank you.
