Every time I google facebook or try to go to the site from an email link, Firefox blocks it and gives a message it is an untrusted site.

Do you have that problem with any other secure (HTTPS) sites, or only Facebook?

On the error page, is there a "Technical Details" section? If so, please expand that and copy/paste the explanation there into a reply.

By the way, another user discovered their Facebook issue was caused by their ESET security software needing to be updated: Why is mozilla not accepting facebooks certificate on my pc ? Not sure if that is relevant to you.
