The crash IDs you posted appear to have nothing to do with whatever issues you are seeing when accessing https://secure.medgicnet.com/
All of those crash IDs say that they are on-purpose crashes caused by taking a long time to shut down (ie. Firefox crashing itself after trying to shut down for 60 seconds).
https://secure.medgicnet.com/ appears to be using SSL settings which are not compatible with Windows versions prior to Vista. I see you're using Windows 2003. There may be an update or hotfix which fixes this issue, since Windows 2003 is technically still supported by Microsoft for about 2 more months: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/products/windows-server-2003/
Note: You may want to upgrade to a newer version of Windows server ASAP, as there will be no updates (not even security updates) for server 2003 after this July.
I sent crash IDs from a computer where windows server 2003 is installed but my crashes come from Windows Server 2008. I use Firefox 37.0.2 and Adobe Flash 17.0.0.169
