So Just found this problem the other day, Just got a new pair of headphones, the Logitech 430's and found when I listen to music videos on youtube through firefox using HTML5 that the windows 7 mixer volume for firefox is higher than for the system. (Seen In Capture 1) http://i.imgur.com/alTsI9w.png But for some reason if I Change the default microphone then the volume increased to what it's meant to be. ( Capture 2 and 3) http://i.imgur.com/InOdkNf.png http://i.imgur.com/jAy27z1.png But odd enough when I change the youtbe video volume or the next video comes up the volume in the mixer goes down again. Anyway ideas.

Cheers Limko

I have heard this being an issue in Flash, not the HTML5 player. Please reload youtube and make sure that the Adobe Flash plugin is blocked on this site.
