Tried to reoopen Firefox from taskbar. Icon glows then does not load-no browser in view. Try to uninstall and then reinstall through Control Panel and also helper.exe but in both situations Windows tells me to close Firefox first but Firefox browser is not viewable.

Hi boyerdus,

Sounds like Firefox didn't close correctly.

We can force it to close using these steps:

  1. Hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc
  2. On the Processes tab, you should see Firefox. Click it, and click End Task

After that, try relaunching it. Let us know if it works!
