after update my screen jumps and then bottom says something about sha-1 certificates. any help?

when i open the browser the bottom of screen jumps and then after awhile i get a screen. that looks like a devloper control scrren. and get warning messages about sha-1 certificates.

hello, if this is happening on its own, please make sure that you are not having any keys that are stuck or misfiring on your keyboard (or try with a different keyboard). what you're describing sounds like the firefox developer tools are opening up, they can be invoked by pressing F12 for example...
