Email is printing only half the page.
When printing email, all I get is the top half of the page, How do I get a full page?

Hi Warren10, do other pages print normally? In other words, this isn't a problem with Firefox not understanding the size of the paper in your printer.
Each different webmail site usually has it own way to generate a print-optimized version of an email message. In some cases, you may see a printer icon, and in others Print may appear on a menu.
If you aren't already using the print-optimized format, I suggest trying that. If you can't find it, could you mention which mail site it is? A volunteer might have an account there, or there might be a help page with that information.
If the problem is with the print-optimized message, there are some style rules that Firefox handles fine on the screen but does not paginate correctly. In those cases, it is more common for content to roll to a second page rather than disappearing completely, so I'm not sure whether it's one of these style rule issues.
I have tried to work with the settings which appear when I hit Control P. I now have three versions of ur email printed. One is from "mozilla support and ends with ur picture and no text.
The next is the same but has three of the four text paragraphs printed.
The third version comes from "Support Forum" and contains everything. My problem now is that I don't remember how I did it. I'm not trying to save paper or ink, the print quality is ok as is. Please tell me which settings I should use. Warren
Hi Warren, I'm not sure I can re-create the steps you're following. Could you start by telling me whether this is on a popular website such as Yahoo! mail, Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail, or another one?

Hi Warren, if you aren't already using the little print icon, please try that. I have attached a screen shot showing what I mean and what it opens. Does that give you the whole message together?
I think I found the answer:
1. disregard the Google Menu print icon 2. Right click on the email text. 3. On the drop down menu, left click on "Select all" All the text becomes highlighted. 4. Hit Control P 5. Print.
It worked for me. I'm sure there is a better way but now I can print. Warren
