Hi. Up until yesterday I always use java 6 u 17 (32 bit) and the plug-in at Firefox (ver 40) is working fine. One day for development purpose I had to uninstall my java and install java 6 u 45 (64 bit). Suddenly the java plug-in disappear from Firefox. After googling for a while it seems Firefox won't discover it because it was in the blocked list. Is there any way for me to install java plugins 6 updates 45 to Firefox? FYI, the java plugins was detected and works well in IE 11.

Thanks.

There is a blocklist about:config feature that you can turn to false, however this will open up the flood gates for others. extensions.blocklist.enabled
