Everything was working 'fine' for years. Then it crashed and won't now start. A completely clean re-install (everything scrubbed first) gives the same problem - crash report appears every time I start.

Crash ID: bp-15f22109-1638-4bb6-a673-23f942150928

Can't add any troubleshooting information as the inx appear to relate to Firefox and it doesn't work.

FF will not start in safe mode - same problem.

Chosen solution

hi, looking at this report, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your systems control panel and remove any software labled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
