How can I reinstall version 35 on my MAC?

I have to go back to Firefox version 35 due to connection problems with programs in my university library. I've tried to access the old version to download it but I see a lot of security warnings and I still cannot download it.

Hi

Firstly, I would strongly recommend having a chat to the IT support people for the University Library. There maybe very good reasons why a restriction is in place and they will be best placed to advise you.

I would also not recommend downgrading to an earlier version of Firefox as you not only miss out on new features and stability fixes, but it could pose a security risk due to improved defenses in later versions.

If you can and really have to use an old version of Firefox, you can find a copy of Release 35 for Mac (US English) here.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
