Hi, I have a internet/ proxy connection problem and don't know if it's connected to Firefox. Firefox runs fine, however I cannot connect to itunes store which says check internet connection. I cannot run IE which proxy server isn't responding. I cannot download spotify or run microsoft and adobe updates. It has a 64bit operating system with windows 8 and bit defender security. I have tried numerus solutions from bitdefender but nothing works.

Firefox should not interfere with other programs.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
