The last 2 updates disable my norton toolbar and password vault. I would not have updated my browser if I had known you wouldn't support that addon. I need my password vault for working. When will you patch up the browser so it will support this again? Why is there no way to un-do an update? I can't even go back to a previous version that worked with my norton add-on. Please fix this, it has been months since I have been able to use my norton password vault on firefox. I don't want to go back to using IE but i may have to uninstall firefox if you won't make it so my add-on works.

Unfortunately, if you installed the November 5th or later update to your Norton software, then you are in limbo when it comes to using your password "vault"; it no longer works to go back to an earlier version of Firefox.

Norton is working on compatibility fixes but has not given a timeline to complete them. See:

As you can imagine, since this is security software, none of us is going to freelance with suggested hacks, nor will we recommend downloading old versions of Norton software from random websites. If you prefer to stick with this password manager, you can use Norton's forums to help keep the pressure on.

Not a matter of Firefox supporting a Extension but Norton supporting Firefox.

The Norton toolbar has to be updated for each new major Firefox Release ever since Firefox 5.0
