I am running Firefox 43.0.4 on Mac OSX 10.11.2. When I am scrolling and then go to switch tabs it zooms the PDF I am viewing because of the command + scroll zoom feature. I do not need this feature therefore would like to turn it off. I did the about:config and changed mousewheel.with_meta.action to 0 but this did not fix the problem. Thanks!

You can set mousewheel.with*.action prefs like the mousewheel.withcontrol.action pref (on Mac mousewheel.with_meta.action) prefs to 1 on the about:config page to avoid zooming if the Ctrl/Command key is pressed.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
