How do i get to, Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page
Since firefox upgraded, I keep getting the message 'firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page,' whenever I click a link in a webpage. I saw the solution as unchecking 'warn me when websites try to direct or reload page', but I've looked everywhere in firefox options and cannot find this box to uncheck, please tell me exactly how I can stop this firefox prevention rubbish.
Chosen solution
Hello pboo26, go from 3-bar menu(on your right up area) > Options > Advanced > General > Accessibility > the 3-rd box uncheck "warn me when websites try to direct or reload the page" > close the tab > exit firefox and restart it.
thank you

Thank you very much.
you are welcome :-):-)
Mozilla has just forced me to open the browser to PHISHING and REDIRECTION attacks.
Mozilla HAS TO allow site by site exceptions to this. This global settings gives you only one choice... to disable because 80% of my work sites get blocked. 100% of my banking sites get blocked. etc etc. Unfortunately turning this off makes browsing completely susceptible to phishing and redirection attacks.
The only option left is to use Chrome... and I HATE Google with a severe passion.
