I found a similar request on your forums, however, It dose not provide a suitable answer. Is there anyone out here that can help with the coding for the .cfg file to lock the user settings? The prior response had the requester going into options and selecting the download location and/or as with my scripting a folder gets created in the C drive but the downloads do not appear on the desktop, but in the folder.

// Lock the downloads to the Desktop lockPref("browser.download.useDownloadDir", true); lockPref("browser.download.dir", "C:\Users\Desktop"); lockPref("browser.download.downloadDir", "C:\Users\Desktop"); lockPref("browser.download.folderList", 2);

I realize that this creates the folder itself, however, is there a way to simplify and just direct it to the desktop itself?
