When I try to display the below page in normal browsing it comes up broken and without XML tree formatting.

http://extranet.allwebleads.com/download/attachments/786568/sampleAutoLead.xml?version=1&modificationDate=1447683991000

However when I switch to private browsing it works fine. I should note this already looks okay in Chrome & IE normal browsing. I've already cleared my cache and cookies for all time and it still doesn't work.

I'm not seeing any difference between normal and private browsing mode.

Do you see the 'parsed' plain text content instead of the XML tree?

Does View Page Source in the right-click context menu make a difference?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
