Mail going into Junk folder - Advanced

more options

At work all of our computers are using Thunderbird. 2 of them however, with 2 of the email addresses on that computer, are sending random emails to junk folder. Also, once in junk and the "not junk" button is applied. They like to hop around from junk, to inbox, to junk, and back over and over. I've done all the trouble shooting I can online, our host server says it's not on their end. All of the "Auto junk" and such settings are disabled. What do I do?

what email provider? Is the account IMAP or POP?

Thunderbird is the Client, what do you mean by provider? IMAP

provider the bit after the @ inyour email address is usually a good clue. Unless of course it is your own domain when you become your own provider and things get messy because the non technical are placed in the role of email admin.

Yes, we are our own provider

So you have your own email server? You mentioned host in your original email. Do they host your website and your email? If so, they are your provider.

Liquidweb is our host. Although we do provide our own email addresses. This aside, how does one fix my issue. I have already contacted LW and they have told me its not them having the issue.
