Olá!

Não há um assistente de migração do Outlook para o Thunderbird.

No Forum (em inglês) se sugeriu essa ferramenta para exportar as mensagens para formato MBOX utilizado pelo Thunderbird.

Qual o provedor de email? Há muitas mensagens?
